We were very pleased with our one night stay at this hotel. Set in the centre of the busling medina it was just perfect for our family reunion. Extremely quiet at night, its proximity to the mosque meant morning prayers were a slight interuption to our morning but nothing too intrusive. Excellent staff. Air temperature for our late December early morning breakfast was a little cool in the rooftop restaurant.Wrap up well. Orange juice, coffee, tea and over-sweet pancakes with jam were the morning staple. Less sweet offerings would be my preferred morning meal but this was my only quibble. Showers were hot and of good pressure. Would definately stay in this authentic, very clean Moroccan hotel in the future. Note: windowless rooms as per nornal. We stayed in family room 3 on ground floor. We recommend.

Hotel location is good for couples and families but with family its bit of an exercise with no lift/disable access and small stair case.Rooms are good size but ensuite toilets aren't the best so please don't have any high expectation as you will be in a whole different world which is home to the people there. Take soap/shampoo as they will only provide you with hand wash,shower wasn't great either. But all people their were really helpful Taxi from/to airport during day is 100DHM or £9 approx after 8p.m its 150DHM so its recommended to just book taxi with hotel as it would be the same price. Bargaining is the key in Marrakech so if you're told the price is 100DHM make counter offer of 40 then go 60 max but check prices on couple of places/ people. Good luck Jaffri

In this hotel everything was good except one thing: location: 2 min to Jaama el Fna square, good staff, condition air worked ok, breakfast was really good on the very nice terrace. About privacy: i think it's hard to find any privacy in any riad of Morocco, maybe only in modern new hotels, The only problem was with shower, actually it was like a swimming pool, water didn't drain (((Wi-Fi worked good.From airport by taxi about 10 min. P.S. Always check if city taxes are included in booking prise, and usually when you pay in the hotel they use another course of euro (not like in the shops 1E=10Dh)Hope my review helped you ))

We arrived April. 22 /2015 without reservations into Marrakesh and were looking around for accommodations when we stumbled into this lovely hotel. The hotel is in the medina and will be difficult to find for the first time from Jaama el Fna square, but it's worth it. It's only a couple mins from the Jaama el Fna square where all the exciting action is. We recieived a warm welcome by the hotel manager in the lobby. After settling details about our stay he invited us upstairs to the terrace for traditional tea (free of charge), just a friendly and hospitable gesture.From the outside the hotel does not look like anything special since it is in the medina you have to step inside to really appreciate it. I would really rather call it a raid style layout. Our 2nd floor room is lovely small but cozy with a private bath and queen size bed and large window looking onto the center for the raid. The space is clean, relatively quiet and sheltered from the hectic medina noises. The bathroom is however very very small, you can't get into the shower unless you close the bathroom door, but it's manageable. Good hot shower and shower fixtures, towels provided. Breakfast is not included, it's about 50 dir extra For a basic moroccan breakfast, but we just opted out for eating near the square for food variety. Wifi is weaker at the terrace but decent otherwise on the second floor. We had a great experience and will come back !

I visited Marrakech with my mom and my sisters and spent 4 nights there. It is a very cozy hotel, with a lovely terrace in the roof. Thr location is excellent and you can easily get to most places on foot; staff was really really kind with us, helpful and smiling. Really good value for money! We strongly recommend it!

My stay at Hotel Belleville was excellent, the rooms were quiet despite being near to the Medina and to the busy street. The breakfast on the balcony was lovely with great coffee! One day i needed to leave early so the worker organised my breakfast in advance. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds comfortable - definitely good value for money. Most of all i was touched by the owner and workers efforts to help me with a somewhat strange request - when i left the hotel i left a book behind which belonged to my sister and unbeknown to me at the time it had great sentimental value to her, when realising my mistake back in the UK i asked on the off chance if hotel belleville still had the book, luckily they did. They helped to send the book back to the UK and didn't even expect any money for it, when the book arrived me and my sister were so grateful & i wont forget the efforts of Belleville in helping me.

Do I still have to say that I will stay there again the next time I'm in Marrakech?
